Do I need an NDIS plan to use Vana Care?

Yes, you will need an active NDIS plan with funding for the supports you are looking for. If you are not sure what is covered, we can help you understand your plan. Just ask.

What areas do you cover?

All of Greater Adelaide including the CBD, northern suburbs (Salisbury, Golden Grove, Gawler), southern suburbs (Morphett Vale, McLaren Vale, Noarlunga), Adelaide Hills (Mount Barker, Stirling), western suburbs (Port Adelaide, Glenelg) and nearby regional SA. How quickly can I get started?

Most people are matched with a support worker within a few days of their first chat with us. We move fast because we know waiting around is not helpful.

Can I choose my support worker?

Yes. We match based on your goals, personality and interests. If the fit is not right, we will find someone who is. No questions asked.
