NDIS price limits can change. Use this tool as a quick public checking guide, then confirm the support, location and claiming rules against the official NDIS documents.

  • This page uses the NDIS Pricing Schedule 2026-27, effective 1 July 2026. It only calculates line items we have matched to that current schedule.
  • The calculator uses the South Australian or National price limit where available. Remote and very remote supports can have higher price limits, so the real allowable range may be higher for those locations.
  • Activity transport is shown as $1 per km travelled with the person you are supporting. The NDIS schedule records activity based transport as a $1 notional unit item.
  • Provider travel, non-face-to-face work, short-notice cancellation rules, quote-required supports, plan rules and service agreement terms can change what is reasonable to claim.

These checks help participants, families and providers spot the differences between a simple estimate and the final amount that may be claimed.

  • Check: Check the unit before comparing quotes. Some supports are hourly, while others are each, daily, weekly, kilometre-based or quote-required.
  • Check: Price limits are maximum claim rates. They do not automatically mean a support is reasonable, necessary or funded in a participant's plan.
  • Check: Evenings, nights, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays generally cost more than weekday daytime support.
  • Check: Provider travel, non-face-to-face work and short-notice cancellation rules can change the final invoice.
  • Check: SIL, STA, SDA and complex supports need a proper written quote or roster, not only one hourly line.
