Where can I ask Vana Care for NDIS support workers?

We take enquiries across Greater Adelaide and selected nearby South Australian areas. Start with your suburb, the help you need and your preferred days. We'll confirm whether a suitable worker can get to you before you decide.

Is Vana Care a registered NDIS provider?

Yes. Vana Care is a registered NDIS provider. You can view our registration record with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. We'll still need to talk through your plan and the support you're asking for.

What if my suburb isn't listed?

Please ask us anyway. The list is a place to start, rather than a live roster. We can talk about your address, the travel involved and whether we can offer the support you need.

Will I pay for worker travel or transport?

Ask us to explain any proposed travel time, kilometres, transport and activity costs before agreeing to support. These are different costs, and what can be charged depends on the support, your agreement and the NDIS rules. We'll confirm the arrangements with you rather than assuming everything is included.

Can I meet a support worker before deciding?

Ask us about meeting a suitable worker and tell us what helps you feel comfortable. Skills, personality, interests and the times you need all matter. If something doesn't feel right, you can say so.

Can my family or support coordinator help me enquire?

Yes. Someone you trust can help with the enquiry if that's what you'd like. Tell us how you want them involved and how you'd prefer us to contact you.
