These terms apply when you use the Vana Care website at vanacare.com.au, including our online enquiry, quote and job application forms.

2. Website information
The information on this website is provided in good faith and is general in nature. It does not take your individual circumstances into account and is not formal NDIS, financial or legal advice. While we keep the site up to date, details such as service availability can change. Talk to our team for advice about your situation.
3. Quotes and pricing
Prices shown by our online quote builder are estimates based on the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits for South Australia. They are a guide only. Your final pricing is confirmed in a written service agreement before any support starts, and always stays within the NDIS price limits that apply to your supports.
4. Service agreements
Support services are provided under a separate written service agreement between you (or your representative) and Vana Care. If anything in these website terms is inconsistent with your service agreement, the service agreement applies to the services we deliver to you.
5. Your information
Information you submit through our forms is handled as described in our privacy policy. Please only submit information about another person if you have their consent or are authorised to act for them.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website, including by submitting false or misleading enquiries or applications, attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or interfering with the website's operation.
7. Intellectual property
The content on this website, including text, images and branding, belongs to Vana Care or its licensors. You may not reproduce it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, Vana Care is not liable for loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
